教育部:“十三五”期間高校新增教材4.3萬余種,類型更加豐富

中國教(jiao)(jiao)育報-中國教(jiao)(jiao)育新聞(wen)網北京12月24日訊(xun)(記者 趙秀(xiu)紅 王(wang)家源(yuan))“‘十(shi)三五’期間,高(gao)校教(jiao)(jiao)材數(shu)量持續增(zeng)長,類(lei)型更加豐富,我(wo)國正式出(chu)版(ban)的、版(ban)權頁標(biao)注(zhu)‘教(jiao)(jiao)材’字(zi)樣的高(gao)校新增(zeng)教(jiao)(jiao)材數(shu)量達(da)4.3萬(wan)余種。”在教(jiao)(jiao)育部今天(tian)召(zhao)開的教(jiao)(jiao)育2020“收官”系列第七(qi)場新聞(wen)發布會上,教(jiao)(jiao)育部高(gao)等教(jiao)(jiao)育司(si)一(yi)級巡(xun)視員宋毅介紹說(shuo)。

“除此之外,還有數量更為(wei)龐大的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)學參(can)考書、教(jiao)(jiao)輔用(yong)(yong)書以及未標識為(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)材但實際作為(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)材使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)出版物(wu)。”他表示,總(zong)的(de)(de)來看,高(gao)校教(jiao)(jiao)材建設有兩方面特征:一是(shi)(shi)門類齊(qi)全、品(pin)種(zhong)豐富。二是(shi)(shi)類型多樣、適用(yong)(yong)性提升(sheng)。

宋(song)毅表(biao)示,“十三五”時期,教育部(bu)深入貫(guan)徹落(luo)實黨中央、國務院(yuan)決策部(bu)署(shu),推動高校教材建(jian)設,堅(jian)持價值(zhi)引領(ling)、堅(jian)守質(zhi)量為本、推進改革創(chuang)新(xin)、完善監督保障,適應我國高等教育從大眾(zhong)化邁入普及化階(jie)段(duan)發展(zhan)需(xu)要,與(yu)專業、課程改革同步,持續推進教材建(jian)設提高質(zhi)量、創(chuang)新(xin)發展(zhan)。

“強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)教材育人(ren)功能,把教材作(zuo)為(wei)加(jia)強(qiang)高校思政(zheng)工作(zuo)的重要(yao)(yao)載體(ti),作(zuo)為(wei)全(quan)面推進課程(cheng)思政(zheng)建設的重要(yao)(yao)抓(zhua)手。”他表示(shi),一是(shi)強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)價(jia)值引領,助推專業教育與思政(zheng)教育相融合。二是(shi)立足中國(guo)實踐,反映(ying)國(guo)情民情。三是(shi)緊跟時(shi)代步(bu)伐,服務(wu)國(guo)家(jia)需求。

值得(de)關注的(de)是,“十(shi)三五”期(qi)間,我國(guo)搶抓新技術(shu)帶來的(de)歷史機遇,推出了一大批紙質(zhi)+數(shu)字化資(zi)源教材,以及(ji)融合互聯網、人工智能等(deng)信息技術(shu)的(de)虛(xu)擬現(xian)(xian)實(shi)、增強現(xian)(xian)實(shi)、配套移(yi)動軟件等(deng)表現(xian)(xian)豐富的(de)多介質(zhi)教材。

高校(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)融入(ru)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)一體(ti)化建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)與(yu)(yu)改革,有效保障了(le)培養質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量。“*專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、*課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)全(quan)面(mian)(mian)推進,專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)與(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)一體(ti)化建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)與(yu)(yu)改革已經成(cheng)為(wei)高等(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育深化教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)改革、提高教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量的重要保證。”宋毅(yi)就(jiu)此介紹了(le)三(san)方面(mian)(mian)工(gong)作,一是(shi)將教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)與(yu)(yu)選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)納(na)入(ru)本科(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量國家標準(zhun)。2018年(nian),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育部(bu)發(fa)布《普通高等(deng)學(xue)校(xiao)本科(ke)(ke)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)類教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量國家標準(zhun)》,針對本科(ke)(ke)高校(xiao)的1049門專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)基礎課(ke)(ke)(ke)和3676門專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)核心課(ke)(ke)(ke),制定了(le)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)及(ji)參考(kao)書目的建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)與(yu)(yu)選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)規(gui)范,鼓勵高校(xiao)選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)規(gui)劃教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)、精品教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)等(deng)優秀教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)。二(er)是(shi)將教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)編寫與(yu)(yu)選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)納(na)入(ru)*專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)和*課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)指(zhi)標。自(zi)2019年(nian)起,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育部(bu)面(mian)(mian)向(xiang)全(quan)國高校(xiao)開展(zhan)*專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、*課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)遴選(xuan),把(ba)優秀教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)作為(wei)*專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、*課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)的“硬(ying)指(zhi)標”,形成(cheng)了(le)“*專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)” “*課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)”引(yin)領“*教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)”建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she),“*教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)”建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)支撐“*專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)”“*課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)”的良性發(fa)展(zhan)局面(mian)(mian)。三(san)是(shi)將教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)與(yu)(yu)選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)納(na)入(ru)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量監管(guan)系統。陸(lu)續(xu)將教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)與(yu)(yu)選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)納(na)入(ru)高校(xiao)本科(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)工(gong)作合格評估、審核評估以及(ji)“雙(shuang)*”建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)高校(xiao)的考(kao)察范圍,強化質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量跟蹤(zong)與(yu)(yu)監管(guan)。
